I offer therapy in two spaces on the same site.
The main space is a self-contained and separate therapy room with its own entrance. In this room there is an opportunity to work both with talking therapy and with creative tools in a comfortable and confidential space.

I am also able to offer therapy in a secure and secluded woodland area which overlooks the South Downs. I believe strongly that being in nature can bring profound benefits to therapeutic work, particularly when working with grief, stress, depression, anxiety and trauma.
