​I am a fully-qualified counsellor, with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Brighton, and I trained as a bereavement counsellor at St. Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley.

I have also undertaken further specialist training in solution-focused therapy, time-limited therapy and Gestalt therapy and I have worked in private practice for 10 years, having also worked for Mid-Sussex Counselling Centre.

CHARGES

I offer a 25 minute initial session at £25, both for online counselling and face to face. During this session we can decide whether we are happy to work together, work out how many sessions you might initially need, and what issues you might like to bring to your future sessions. My standard rate is £60 per 50 minute session thereafter but some concessions are available where appropriate and this can be discussed in the initial session.
